What does facebook wants for better reach ???!!!

SOCIAL NETWORKS

So i am managing 2 facebook pages, one is my personal business and another for an employer. My own FB page has 1800+ likes, these are natural likes + likes that i got got when i coverted a personal profile to a facebook business page and i combined them together.My employer's FB page only has 400+ Likes.

When i post on my personal FB page which have 1800+ likes i get a pathetic reach of 20-30, while my employers' FB can get up to 80+ reach.

Both pages engagement arent that good, with mostly no likes and comments on the posts

Can anyone explain why ?

The poor engagement is your problem and why you have no reach. You have poor engagement because the content being shared is no good.

Try to do in this way:

- Connect you account to other social network
- post photos in these times: 07:00-09:00 ; 12:00-14:00; 18:00-19:00
-use hashtag
- like other pages
- write comments on other profiles!
- write impact post! Post question, funny images 1/2 a day!
