Moving to Germany in about 2 years, should I advertise my fanpage to German users already ?

I am planning to move to Germany in about 2 years and I was thinking why not start using Facebook paid ads to advertise my fanpage to German users already. Do you guys think that's a good idea if done consistently for the next 1 year/year and a half ?
