How do i achieve this

I have 3 items to to be given out at as a free gift on my facebook page
How do i set up a system that will require some one to like the FB page first before participating for the free gift wining process.

If you want to show a content only to you fanpage try iwith this:

That's called "like-gating" and is against Facebook TOS.

  Same thing - like-gating is against TOS. You are not allowed to force "likes" to interact any way with a Facebook page.
