  • It's indeed very helpful. I got in touch with target users who were working in the similar domain and who might need our services. I kept on posting various offers related to PHP Development Services and Mobile App development services. Within a couple of months, we started receiving enquiries about services and pricing. We have (so far) converted 39 clients through facebook and they are paying us a real good amount.

Make sure you do these things:

    1) Update offers every week.
    2) Share informative blog content (that drives traffic)
    3) Focus on customer engagement.
    4) Never hit direct sales, try to be social and then talk about business.

If you have over 100K likes it would be easier to make money, if you have 1M likes you can make A LOT of money with it.... of course I am talking real likes not fake likes from buying fans.

I have consistently made a decent amount of money (between $3,000 and $18,000 per month) by linking to embedded YouTube videos on my website (monetized by Adsense and Taboola), via my own fan pages. You need at least 100k real fans to make a living, and over 1 million to make a lot of money as said by Heri.

You can buy the first 10k+ fans via Facebook ads for a few hundred dollars. Getting to 100k or 1million fans takes time, patience and consistent posting of quality, engaging content (reshared videos, native video (if you own the copyright) and images). No shortcuts to this, no spamming groups / comments. It can be automatted via Facebook API if you can code, or use Buffer / Hootsuite to schedule. It's getting tougher everyday, so act now if you wish to go this route.

I've seen this suggestion a few times - run ads to get the first 10,000 fans. What happens after that? Assuming a person posts quality content, the numbers will then start to move up on their own?

Never post unnecessarily. I always try to post once a week but keep it interesting and relative.

Yes I have helped many clients for making their online presence. For Fb you need to reach real people profiles to get real likes, it will take time Also you have to use groups and communities to increase likes and followers. Once you reach related people you online presence will start increasing. The most important point is how you can search real people.

I have a fb fan page of 40k likes, average week around 500-600k reach 100-120k post engagement.

Is there a way in which I can make money of my posts without selling anything to the end user?

Embed youtube videos with my AdSense code?

Just build an Adsense monetized site and create posts you can link to from your Facebook page, you should see a good few thousand website visitors from this. Don't forget to make your website useful, with unique content or Adsense will ban your site.
