Question about Instagram Target

Hi guys;
I have a quick question about Instagram! what is in ur opinions the best way to target specific market (CA for example) if you live outiside !

    Find big account in your niche and follow their follower

    build up your page using #hashtag research tab. Once your have some credibility start to reach out to influencers in your niche. A rule I started following when creating content is: "who will support & amplify this content and why? Do not generate content until you can answer that question.

      Following big account's followers in my niche seems logical to me. What m trying to do now is scraping the recent media of a big related account and follow who like or comment. Thank u for ur replies

      I dont think #hashtag is the best way to go to build targeted audience !!

    There are many websites that you can use to increase followers, but I will suggest you to find your niche people, like their stuff and follow the users who are mostly engaged to that user post through likes and comments, you will surely get some your niche followers by doing so.
