Facebook that strict in PVA re-verification ???

We are planning to hire few Facebook page managers to manage our FB ad campaign pages.
We will be hiring these FB managers in different countries. So our concern is that when they try to login to our page FB will ask for re-verification.
Actually, they will not be logging in directly in to our FB account to run the campaign, but will be logging in into their own FB account, and then connecting our managed FB pages which we assign to them.

So in this way, will they still face the re-verification issue ?

Anybody have have FB page managers running their campaign by those on different country/geolocation ?

Whats the setup like ?

    No they never face any issue if you make him admin in to your page you both run separately without any issue.
