How to increase Facebook posts reach?

Hello everyone!

I'm creating this thread to get some tips from you guys on how to increase facebook post reach and engagement. I don't have budget to advertise my page on facebook. I really want to know only free methods.
I will try your suggestions and will let you know which suggestion worked for me.

    If you really want to puch your posts . i recommend 1-2$ Sponsored ADS , THis can boost you Reach & if the content is Good. it will go viral for sure.

    You can do the following things:

    1. Maintain a 80-20 ratio initially, wherein 80% are fun posts/engagement posts and 20% are selling your product related posts..

    2. Try to make product posts interesting by making a nice image using photoshop.

    3. Collaborate with other pages of similar domain and do sponsored posts on their page or ask them to share your post

    4. (This is a great tip). Status posts get more reach than images but images get more engagement and likes so create a balance between both. .

    Thanks for replying guys. I will definitely try these tips. But I'm not ready to spend money at this time so i will try free methods for the time being suggested by Garima

    At first you need to write fresh, unique, quality content with hash tags for your Facebook page post. Secondly you can send friend request to people and invite them to like your page. You should see your Facebook page reach firstly.

    Don't use the words "win", "competition" or "freebie". Reach almost always drops on posts with these words. I guess if FB thinks you have invested a time and money in a competition you can invest a little more promoting it.

    Firstly, you need to generate good content for your fans, because facebook sees if your post are relevant for them. Also, do not do more than 1 post a day. The practise shows that only 3-4 posts a week works the best. Try to use right hours to post your content, there is plenty of info about this on web. I suggest using photo + text (no longer than 90 characters) and a link, this wokrs good on facebook newsfeed.

    Well as far as the free methods are concerned they do help a lot, but they are time taking. As you said you want to try the free methods, then you have to use the simple tips that are pretty much effective, like you have to go for the things that are catchy and attractive to the viewers.
    You can likewise add some competition kind of stuff between the audience so that they will comment and like your posts and that will help you drive more and more traffic there. Hope this will help you. Best of luck!
