    I've used Meltwater in the past. You have to pay for it but the features are great and you can keep track of all of your social accounts in one place.

    - SocialMention: help you to find sentiment, top hashtag, influencer...

    There are many other tools

    for analytics: Mention, SumAll, Socialbakers

    for managment: Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Falconsocial

    I like Crowdfire, but I just used it to see who has unfollowed me. I use HootSuite and TweetDeck. I used Buffer, and it is wonderful, but can't keep too many tools in the air.

    Another one I haven't used personally but I know is a good one is Bundlepost.com
