[Feedback Request]: How am I promoting "money-making" scams?

I have a new marketing agency where I'm using Facebook to generate leads in order to solicit my implementation services (you know, the same old - buy CPA ads on Facebook on specific target segments, capture their emails, and then winning the subscribers' trust over email towards the next step, which is attending a webinar or signing up for a consultation, which they have the option of implementing the recommendations themselves or having my team implement for them afterwards). Yes, there's a money-making "opportunity" component, but it requires clients to implement the strategies. It also requires their patience and cooperation as problems are worked out through the iterations.

I've included some screenshots of my ad copy and landing page. I keep getting caught by Facebook that I'm promoting bizopps. I hope this is enough information to brief what I'm trying to do. If there's anything I can do to resolve this issue, please advise on the next steps!

Yes, I know. I gotta admit that my ad copy and creative sucks from a lot of angles. However, I'm looking to get started without waiting to be perfect, and I'm refining the elements as I go along.
