Need a little help with my facebook ad campaign!

Hello folks, new guy here! Okay i have tried getting help on this by posting on facebook's own help forum and haven't gotten a single reply in 2 days so whatever!

Here is my issue, I am a first timer advertising on Facebook, I have worked with google ads before and have a pretty solid understanding of how this process works. I already got my audience saved and pretty much all set up (200.000 people). however when I got my ad ready and I click on the "place order" button I get the error:

"We found 1 error.
Ads without a page can't be delivered on news feed. Please change the placement of this ad's ad set to right column."

I don't have a facebook page, so obviously I turned off News Feed Ads as I was working on the last part of the ad set up. So what is going on here? It might be something silly on my end but honestly I have gone thru it over and over and haven't been able to figure it out. here is a pic of the error and how my ad is set up.

double check to be sure it's set to desktop right column on the ad set level

    or

build a page, it takes 5 minutes. desktop right column ads may be cheaper but they don't typically convert anywhere near as well as newsfeed ads. PLUS it's a mobile world.. over 70% of traffic to my sites is mobile now.

Man, I triple checked and nothing. It ended up being an issue with my browser (even tho I deleted all the cookies and web form info etc..).

What you are saying makes a lot of sense, I am better of building a page anyways...

Thanks a lot, got a hell lot better help from you than from a facebook mod...

I'd suggest just creating a Facebook page with a good title for the ad. It works wonders.

So you would create a page just for a specific ad? and then forget about it? I am not saying this in a bad way or anything, just curious about facebook advertisement. I have always been on the other side of the puddle advertising on google and some stuff seems foreign to me.
