is this a a good and safe facebook commenting strategy?

Hi, I need a little help from the facebook experts.

Basically I want to do this:

comment on websites that use the Facebook Comment Plugin, and I want to comment logged in as my fanpage. I have two questions,

1. Is it safe to include url in my comments if I do a hundred comments a day?(is facebook account safe)

2. Is this a good method to get traffic?

I would really appreciate your tips and comments on the above strategy.

    This method will probably bring you traffic, but posting your link 100 times a day is probably way too much.
