Images for Facebook Ads

I need some advice on using images for Facebook ads. The site I'm promoting does well for me to use selfies of attractive women for the image of the ad. I used a few images I pulled from Google Images for a while, but then got paranoid about possible copyright infringements, so I pulled them down.

I then went to Fiverr and ordered a few gigs from models trying to emulate the examples I had previously used. While they are passable they aren't as good as the ones I can get from Google Images.

I see these "selfie" site that have tons of what looks like curated Google images all over their site. There's no way they got permission from all those girls.

Anyway, would it be too risky for me to go back to the Google Images? Does anyone have any experience with this?

You can do an advance search in Google images and under licences, select "free to use even commercially" or something like that. And those are ok to use.

Yeah, I've tried that filter, but couldn't find hardly any material related to what I needed.

You can also use Flickr for creative commons/royalty free images.

If you're looking for free vectors, try sites like pixabay

This is just a thought but to put your mind at rest can you afford to pay a small fee to maybe students that are normally from my experience short of of money?

Is there any way you can message attractive women and offer to pay for a selfie? I wouldn't just trust anyone on fiverr or similar sites to get you images.

This is your business and the last thing you need is something to come back and bite you on the backside in a couple of years.

I would much rather be in total control of how I got my images and I would want to be 100% positive I have full rights to use the images on my website.

There must be a way to make contact with attractive females with the use of social media in a professional way.

the use of selfie for a facebook ad is OK!

You only need to avoid copyright infringements!
But there are a lot of portals in which you could buy all the photos you need:

All great ideas. I've exhausted all the paid & free databases out there.....istock, flickr, pixababy, etc. None of these have the raw quality I'm looking for. I need something that looks real and not staged or stock. The only source I can find is Google Images (not filtered). I like the idea of approaching college students, but don't know how to go about that.

I'm just curious about these selfie sites that have hundreds of photos seemingly supplied by Google Images. Are these sites in compliance or do they just not care?

Per my experience, google images are fine. But use only clean images, avoid those images with company names, symbols, badges or anything like that.

Just an outside of the box suggestion: what about hosting a contest on the Facebook page asking the users to submit their own selfie to be part of the advertisement?
