1. Most companies perceive social media marketing as a piece of cake. I have seen companies letting their interns to handle SMM. Is your company making this mistake?
2. What is the top challenge you face as a social media marketer?

    Yeah that is done all over the world, they really took it as a piece of cake, that is not that much simple as they think it is.
    As far as the top challenge is concerned driving audience is the top challenge for me.

    I've seen many companies make this mistake. If things are done sloppily, it can really tarnish that company's social media presence. Plus, I think hiring a professional can really increase the effectiveness of what traffic social media can drive in.

    The top challenge is reaching targeting audiences sometimes, especially when your client may be in a difficult niche that is overpopulated with competition.

    Reaching to the audience is easier now. There are tools that can be used for scheduling Facebook posts.

      Yeah there are such tools, but you have to spend time on it, scheduling the posts and you have to be online 24/7 in order to reply instantly.
