FB Custom Audience Pixel, I don't have it?

I noticed there's a new FB custom audience pixel FB launched not too long ago (few months).

I checked out my FB account and the only thing I saw was the old format.

Is this only launched to a specific countries?

    I think business accounts has it. But I believe "Create Audience" menu will do the same thing.
