How do I use twitter followers to sell products ?

I have started a blog and have got some twitter followers. I was just curious how do I use them to promote my affiliate products because twitter doesn't reveal their email address so we can't mail them. Can I promote my affiliate link in a tweet ? Why would be better and smart way ?

    If you have a blog, then why are you trying to promote affiliate offers directly? Your blog would be what you should be promoting to them. Your best bet would be to create a blog post about the affiliate product, maybe like a review or something. Then promote that blog post instead.

    P.S.
    Not sure if you know this or not, but even if you did have the ability to get their email addresses through Twitter, it's illegal to just blindly email them without their consent in an attempt to sell products . People have been fined millions for doing that. Even jail time for some.

    If you'd be more interested in getting your followers emails for email marketing then I would recommend that you create a squeeze page to collect their email addresses in exchange for something that you could give away to them for free

    Twitter followers are usually interested in your products, this is why they followed you in the first place.

    So they will very often buy from you, if they are your followers
