White Label Advertising

Hi Warriors,

I was recently contacted by an advertising company claiming to have "white label status" with facebook. They claim this allows them top priority when it comes to placing their ads on targeted facebook pages (by-passing the bidding process). They also claim that this status allows them to get niches which are otherwise not permitted to appear. They claim that they spend $10,000 a month for this priviledge and have had 100% success rate for their adverts getting published.

I am skeptical, my niche is e-cigarettes which i know is a prohibited niche. I have already tried creating adverts myself within the facebook arena and they have all been rejected because of their policies which include e-cigarettes to be part of tobacco products which are clearly prohibited.

What is white label status and does this really allow them to get my adverts published?

Am sorry your product is in the prohibition list of almost every country. It will be hard for Facebook to allow prohibited products to be advertised through their platform because they will not like to go against the laws of any country if they still want to remain in business.

RedWater, it is a scam, pure and simple. If you try to sign up, they will keep asking for more money and eventually leave you with nothing but lint in your pockets.

If e-cigs are banned on fb, then why not build a loosely related page (say a horticulture page about growing your own tobacco, which is growing in popularity but yoiks! Takes forever except in hydro) that takes viewers to a blog where you can advert your e-cigs in margins and text boxes without being out of context?

On the other hand, how about finding something else to sell altogether? Ever search e-cigs? First pages that come up are all about health issues and losing or harming baby babies.
