app installs from fb

Hi,

Anyone that have been able to drive a big number of app installs through fb pages or groups? i tried to advertise on facebook for mobile installs but that was super expensive, each install ended up costing me between $.5-1 so thought there might be a cheaper and more efficient way of doing it?

    I am not sure how many downloads you are looking for, but with a recent app release, we were able to build steady traffic and downloads from sharing relevant content (art niche) and being interactive on relevant groups and pages about how our app could enhance their experience.

    We boosted one post with the minimum budget and it gave us a reach of 30,000+ in less than a week. We used an attractive graphic that really represented what the app is all about and a catchy tagline.

      I am looking for 10k+ users on a daily base does that sound unrealistic?

    You should try apps or webpages who are more related to your app and target group. That will eliminate the waste of money over a too big amount of people.

    Join groups where a right audience is added and promote the perks of using the apps. I am sure it will take time, but it really works. Also, go for a boost post option, you will get their in no time.
