Hi everyone. I truly need your help and I apologize if this is the wrong area.

I gave someone admin rights to my page to help build fans. He hasn't deleted me yet but he is using Facebook Business Manager and has now Setup the Page Owner as His Business account. I am assuming because I set up a business manager account and tried making my page as the primary page but I get the response "the page is the primary page of another business" and doesn't let me add.

Please if you are familiar with Facebook Business Manager or have ran into this issue and now how to help me please please help me. Facebook forums are not helping as they are trying to get access to my personal account. Someone said the way to do it is to change the hackers business manager ID with my Business Manager ID but he can tell me how to do it?

HELP?!!!!

I had alot of my social accounts get hacked. I could not reach anyone on the phone (twitter took the longest to resolve) you need to keep sending emails to Facebook support until it's resolved. Include links and, include the conversation thread in each new email. For instance my issue was they needed to verify my phone, emails etc... Well that was all changed. Finally I was able to verify by sending old, old logins emails etc. Stay consistent. And not too sarcastic because it will slow everything down .

    Example:
Me:my account was hacked into I have no access. Here is my account info. Please help
Response: please verify you account by doing something that the hacker changed

Just stay on top of it and you will get it changed!

    ----use this as a template

Your most recent login and old password-

Dear Facebook I thought I hired a reputable Facebook developer but they explain what happened--

    Sincerely,
    Your name
    Your phone

    Last valid login info

Following Three Security Options makes your Facebook Account Secure and Hack Proof.

    1) At first You need to enable Login Notification so that whenever any body (or a hacker) tries to login with your User ID and Password, you will receive a Notification on your cell phone and you will come to know that it's time to change your password right now because the hacker has got your password and is trying to log in to your Facebook Account.

    To Enable Login Notification
Go to Home -> Account Settings -> Security -> Login Notification. Put a Check Mark on your preferred option and

    click Save Changes button.

    2) Always check your Active Sessions. If you notice any unfamiliar location or device, it means your Facebook Account is at risk. Just click on End Activity and dont forget to change your password after that.

    To Check Active Sessions
Go to Home -> Account Settings -> Security -> Active Sessions.

    3) Enable Secure Browsing to make your account more secure.
