If I correctly understood, you should check "Advanced Facebook Advertising" with Brad Batesole, it's a really nice and easy to understand course about facebook ads.

Why dont you try FB ads intelligence tools? They are good If you are starting up.. Here is one

Upload the videos to your business Facebook page and promote them to your targeted demographic using Facebook ads.

easiest way is to create a fan page for your business and then upload your videos. Then using Facebook Ads to deliver to your target customers.
Facebook ads also have demographic space for you to fill basically.

  Definitely want to use targeted ad campaigns. That's the FB design. They make it a little harder than it needs to be to find your target and they don't help you build the ad. Let me know if you need help or just go to social.pr Very simple tool that does it all for you, very inexpensive and effective.
