How to set Promoted Trends in Twitter?
In Twitter ads I couldn't find the option where to set Promoted trends? Please help.

    Only well established user can create promoted ads in twitter. If you have an established account you can see it in profile section.

    The promoted feature is always for the selected users. The reason being, twitter uses this feature to be able to place ads and monetize the platform. Mostly the feature is used by affiliates and the official twitter account. You can however seek help from the twitter offices within your region. One thing I know is that if they allowed everyone to have this feature, then marketing will be hectic for them in the long run. It being limited helps in revenue generation since the feature bypasses all the ranking settings.
