Those posting in FB groups , do you track how many times you post in various groups?

gee this time FB jail again but is one week

recently I just un ban from two weeks ....

I slowly post but also trigger their bot...now is one week ban.

I 'm curious do you keep track how many times you post per day in various FB groups?

Anyone know per day how many times? Or....before how many times will trigger the FB bot to temp ban you from posting in various groups?

    well I am not doing it too often but know people who make good money with it and they said never post to more than 12 groups a day using one account.

      than means they stick to 12 groups

      but for posting wise they do keep posting but to a limit right?

      so problem start to trigger if you post to a lot of groups?

    You can post in more FB groups but interval between posts have to be minimum 5-10 minutes.
