How to Increase Twitter Followers

Hello all, I want to increase Twitter followers for my 2 Twitter pages, which is my Web site page.

I have try many tactics but I have not got any better result.
Now can anyone tell me how can I increase twitter real followers without any paid ads?

    Find the top Twitter guys with most followers. Keep following him or her and unfollow after 10 minutes. Keep doing this. You can easily increase to 500 followers in minutes.
