What would you do with several million followers on social media?

Hey Warrior Forum,

I've got several million followers on Instagram, my biggest page being instagram.com/heartwarmingsurprises with nearly 3 million followers, and I'm curious, what would you guys do in my position?

Most of my followers are teenagers, and I've tried it all from Adsense, to apps, to incentive app downloads, to cpa, to commission junction, etc. and nothing seems to be working amazingly and stable.

Yes all my followers are 100% real, and at some point I was able to make $3,000 a day for about a month with Adsense but it slowed down after some time. CTR and CPC both dropped, guess I got smart priced?

Just not too sure where to turn, I want to turn this unstable traffic source into a stable business that can sustain without added traffic, just want to use these pages as a jump start for something much bigger.

I'm interested in finding a partner to JV with if you've got a good idea, you are all amazing at monetizing smaller amounts of traffic, just taking your skill to these big pages and we both can bank.

    I would suggest starting a drop shipping shop for fashion clothes.

    Then start to indirectly sell these shop items to your teen audience?

      I've tried to get into selling things, I would post something for an hour across my entire network (the photos across combined would get 100k+ likes in that hour) and would only make a handful of sales, it seems as if because they are teenagers they aren't able to pull out a credit card and make the purchase.

      Now your probably thinking, well when I was a teen I was tech savvy, had a paypal, etc. But Instagram, being the only social media platform that is only for mobile, doesn't really have any of the teens who have pay pals or credit cards, since most of there shopping is done in person. That's why there using a social platform that isn't for computers, its for mobile.

      If that theory made any sense, hard to explain, but sales are difficult.

        What type of product you tried to sell (that didn't work)?

        Was it under your existing name or you created a completely different site for selling and sent your traffic there?

        Just curious.

    You might want to consider CPA programs.

    CPA is great for Tier 1 traffic.

    You can easily make MANY TIMES your adsense income with CPA.

    And no, there's no 'smart pricing' with CPA.

        If most of your traffic is from the US, try zipcode or email address capture CPA programs.

        I don't want to seem like I'm spamming any particular CPA program but you can quickly figure out who the big players are if you check out the Affiliate programs section of WF.

          Understandable, I looked into it and I'm not sure it'll be a good avenue for mobile traffic. Would you be interested in helping me find something since you're more knowledgable than me in this? I'll gladly give you a percent of money I make with methods you find! I can show you how much traffic I have and how much I can drive to something, after seeing those numbers I think you'd be interested!

    First, you need to know that teenagers are buying less stuff, more experiences. Teens are increasingly shying away from opening up their wallets to buy clothing, and splurging on experiences. Food accounts for 23% of teen spending, followed by clothing (20%), accessories (10%), video games (8%), cars (8%), electronics (8%), and shoes (7%). The rest is spent on music, movies and events.
