How can I find and follow twitter users from a specific location?
I would like to find twitter followers only in the Toronto Canada area. How can I do this effectively?

The reason is I would like to create a directory of followers for inthegta.com. A greater Toronto area Business directory.

    This is easily accomplish by using the twitter advanced search. You are able to filter your search results with many different options including by location.

    It's easier in theory than practice because it is based off what they enter as their location which, on twitter, is normally not their location but a fun phrase or something else (ie, "on a beach with my girlfriend")
