What are the most engaging hours to post (fb fan page) for USA

If I may ask, in your experience What are the most engaging hours to post (fb fan page) for USA?

We are using Sociocaster - Powerful Social Media Management Software. We will do some scheduling posts. So I want to know from your experience the the most engaging hours. Any USA timezone will do.

    Most engaging US hours for posting on Social Media are:
    • Morning 7 to 8 am (US Timing)
    • Noon 1 to 2 pm (US Timing)
    • Evening / Night 7 to 11 pm (US Timing)

    The best times to post on Facebook are 1–4 p.m. late into the week and on weekends.

    - Saturday and Sunday at 12–1 p.m.
    - Thursday and Friday at 1–4 p.m.
    - Wednesday at 3 p.m.

    However, right in your brands page in Facebook, go to Insights and click on Reach to see the data of when your viewers are online.
