Nametests.com - easy to copy business model?

Hey guys,

I can't figure out, for the life of me, how did a website like www.nametests.com get so popular? It has 200 million monthly visits, but the basic concept is incredibly simple.

Is it worth copying it? What am I missing?

I think this would have something to do with sharing their content on facebook they always tend to go viral. Sometimes people just nail it

  Yeah, I keep seeing their content being shared all the time in my native language as well. They cover many world languages, even some smaller ones.
  
  Based on what I see from the traffic this website gets and the number of ads, I think they are making at least 100K USD / month.
  
  I just don't understand how can they run AdSense on it. The site has basically no content at all.
