Hello everyone,

What's the best way to promote products on Twitter without making it seem like I'm a salesperson? Is it better to type in a keyword such as "how to quit smoking" and go from there? Do I need to create a new account just for the niche I want to target even though I already have an account with a large following? Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks!

"What's the best way to promote products on Twitter without making it seem like I'm a salesperson?" - Don't ever promote products directly on Twitter, build an email list from your followers first, then you can recommend products to your list.

"Is it better to type in a keyword such as "how to quit smoking" and go from there?" - Find other accounts who tweet about the market you're serving, and follow them. Once they see you're interested in the same thing, you're bound to get some people following back.

"Do I need to create a new account just for the niche I want to target even though I already have an account with a large following?" - I would suggest that you make a new account that is specific to your audience as you want them to immediately see that you tweet information that is relevant to them - this will help you get targeted followers.
