I am looking for a sentence, just like " if you like flowers, please like my page".
because English is not my native language, so I do not know what kind of words can work well.

Why not use Facebook to drive customers to your retail location? Likes are cool, but they can be a byproduct of a campaign that is making you money. Knowing why type of Facebook ad objective you are going to use would help also...is it a page post boost for engagement, or is it a campaign objective centered on getting likes for your fan page?

I have done a campaign before st-valentine to drive traffic to my website,
but the result was not so good.

hmmm Why don't you create or find some short Funny video about your niche (follow)? Then that can make your people keep look at your page and easier to get like from them.

I think the best way also is to start marketing offline.
Give flyers to your customers and entice them to like your facebook page.
Give a little something in return, that you think will return the favor of liking your page.

It is up to you what you can give without spending that much.
