Facebook ads don't work with me :(

I am glad to be in a such nice forum. I have problem with the Facebook ads, that whenever I advertise the service I provide, I just get LIKES but I don't get interaction (no comments, no messages). I am providing cheap portfolio's and offering them so cheap for only 10 USD (business and personal websites) but even on the Facebook page, I don't get visits to the offer on the website.
I pay usually 10 USD per day and I stop the ad after 24 hours. I choosed people in USA who are interested in websites, etc. but with no results. I tried in another countries like Dubai, Lebanon but same result.
I tried boosting the ads on the page and also tried directing people to my website.
I wanted to work with T-spring but I think it will not work either as I don't understand why things go like this. I didn't use the Audience Insight but that will not change the result I think.
Your hint is greatly appreciated as I am in need to make some sales to get some money, using Fiverr is so hard as I am new there and looking for urgent sales.
