Tools Star FB Autoposter?

If you use the Tools Star FB Auto Poster, what is the best setting to use for the posting frequency?

I posted using the default setting, which is every 15 minutes, but my FB account got restricted, so I can't login.

    I never tried Tools Star, but I found that 12 posts a day (every 2 hours) is the maximum posting frequency that still yields good results (e.g., exposure and no angry FB). I hope this helps...

      When I used Tools Star, I used the same message for each group because I didn't see any option which allows you to rotate the messages. I don't know if that could be a factor.
