Digital Asset Management Tool

Hello all,
I am looking for a digital asset management software solution. Any recommendations?

Basically I am looking for a tool/software that creates a library of images, videos and embedded videos (i.e. from youtube) that can be stored in one place and accessed by a group of people (through their own logins).

I found this open source solution, but I was hoping to find a similar solution that has a freemium model or is minimally priced for our needs (i.e. 5/mo for 200mb or so of storage).
