How about super inexpensive Instagram traffic?

Most online marketers have been obsessed with the notion that there is no such concept of high converting super inexpensive traffic and if you want to have high converting leads you have to go for high cost traffic.
That myth may be true and at the same time may not be true. Let me tell you one of my friend's story. He spent $120 for buying Instagram ads. Out of the total 1120 clicks he got from that amount he had 721 people opted in his list at a whopping 64% conversion rate.
He had 24 sales and @47 and the amount of money he earned from this traffic totalled $ 1128. That is almost 1000% return on investment.
What I am trying to say that one should change his mindset about traffic in order to get high converting traffic at low rates.
Although most paid traffic sources are expensive but there are still ways you have to explore where you can get good quality traffic at very low rates. Do you agree?
