Every time I post a comment (with my links in it) in Youtube, it disappears eventually!

Do you know a way to have it sticky, even if any body reports it?

If you're posting links just for the purpose of self-promotion, then you can expect people to report it.

And no, I don't think there is any way to keep comments like those up (and they don't deserve to remain up anyway).

Only leave links after adding GREAT VALUE to the topic of the video, if you just spam any crap on any video just for backlinks:

First - You will not be driving any traffic or value as a backlink.
Second - The channel can block you and your message will disappear.

You will not find any result doing spam, are you going to buy something from someone doing that? Seriously? I bet you won't. Are you going to click something like that as well? Probably not, now if you read a helpful comment adding value to the real topic of the video, you will be more likely to check out the link.

Also, doing that will create trust and that's what you should be aiming, your reputation is everything you have online.

I agree, commenting for the sole purpose of promoting your link will not get you much in the long run and is spam.

there are much more effective ways to promote your link.

what type of link are you promoting? are you promoting an affiliate link or a link to your own video?

I delete every one of those types of comments on my videos. Why should I work hard to make a video only to have you try to hijack my content for your own purposes? I want people to click on MY links on MY videos, not yours. Sorry about that.

Here's what you do...create a good channel of your own, you only need a few GOOD videos, or even playlists. Then make GOOD comments on popular videos that are relevant to your own channel. If your comments are good and interesting, people will click on your user name which is actually a link to your channel page. I've made a few comments on trending videos that have brought a couple of hundred clicks to my channel page.

And if you make really good comments, they may even be upvoted so they're displayed at the top of the other comments, giving your comment (link to your channel) even more exposure.

Sure, adding a little value takes some extra work up front, but the payoff is that your comments will stay up, making things easier for you in the long run.

Most comment links get deleted by the channel owner. If you do it a lot YouTube will shadow ban your comment where you might see it but no one else will and it will go into the "possible spam" box in the channel owners admin.

aww the old spam way of marketing. You can do much better by creating a good channel related to your services if you want. Comment on the video and don't just pitch your link. If your interesting and have good useful stuff to say people will be attracted to you and ask you what you do!
