    The answers you get for this question won't matter to you that much as there are successful bloggers who have very different posting schedules.

    For example, BoostBlogTraffic.com, founded by Jon Morrow, has one post per week (every Thursday).

    On the other hand, Copyblogger.com, founded by Brian Clark, has a new post every day.

    Both of these blogs are wildly successful yet they have drastically different posting schedules.

    Figure out what schedule works for YOU.

    The most important thing is to have a consistent schedule (and obviously keep content quality high).

      but what I curious is the best peak hours

      standard ?

      time for afternoon is 3 , 5 , 6?

      time for night , 8, 9 , 10 , 11

      time for morning , 5 , 6 , 7, 8 ?

      I more on social media to boast traffic to my site.

        First of all, I agree with danieldesai, consistency is very important when it comes to posting on your blog. If you don't have the time to post daily, try to post twice or once a week and stick with the schedule.

        Regarding hours of the day, I find these time intervals to be more satisfactory:
        • 9.00 - 10.00 in the morning - people start their jobs and during coffee and checking their emails, they also take a quick look on their social media profiles;
        • 13.00 - 14.00 in the afternoon (lunch break)
        • in the, evening after 19.00 and up until 21.00
