Can we find facebook Audience based on their first name or last name?

I am trying to create a name based Teespring campaign. Is there a way I can select audience based on name?

    You can, but you shouldn't.

    Back in early 2014 I jumped on the bandwagon and started scraping UID's and created ridiculously targeted campaigns.

    ... And then Facebook banned my account.

    It's against their TOS, and they'll catch on to you pretty quickly.

    You can do this few years ago. However, Facebook no longer allows this and your ads won't even get approved. Plus, you may get your advertising account banned!

    Yeah, it's really not a good idea.

    I also tried it once and the result was not good.

    Facebook now is very strict about this matter. I think it's one of their strategies to maintain their quality standard.
