Hi what a "normal" facebook cpc price?

I pay between $1.5 to $2 per click.. this is just absurd and crazy..

My target audience is app developers?

I have done facebook marketing for 2-3 months, am i doing something wrong?

Thanks

That CPC is terrible. You have one (or more) of the following problems:

    Creative is poor
    Messaging is poor
    Targeting is poor

Keep in mind just because someone else is getting that low of clicks, doesn't always mean you will.

      There's just too many variables.

      Niche.

      Competition.

      Interests.

      Cold audience.

      Retargeting audience.

      Type of ad.

      Video ad?

      Type of offer.

      Picture and copy of ad.

      You get the idea

So it doesn't mean you are necessarily doing something wrong...

But there are definitely improvements to be made.

Yep, I've noticed prices going up also.. Maybe it has something to do with the huge demand for website traffic that they encounter.

The minimum bid for a click is $0.01. Though this is technically the smallest bid you can enter, in most cases this bid will not be high enough for your ad to be shown. You’re most likely to receive impressions and clicks if your bid is in the suggested bid range that's provided in the pricing section when you’re setting up your ad. You can also monitor the suggested bid amount in Ads Manager.
