Is Sociocaster any good?

What do you think is better, Hootsuite or Sociocaster?
I am just starting a new venture with a partner on a creative agency. One of the services includes social media and we need to manage our own social media profiles, personal (which doesnt matter much), business persona and the agency's.
I was looking at hootsuite and was under the impressio it was one of the best, but in my research found sociocaster. Have been looking for reviews but not many to be found.
So how does sociocaster compare to hootsuite? Is it better? Or is some other platform better.
I like Sociocaster because it is a one time payment and since we a re just starting out that sounds good but would really appreciate the comments of all you warriors.
