Auto-Posting tool for social media?

SOCIAL NETWORKS

Is there any tool which can post for me on social media? For example i load in accounts with the passwords, and they post my link on the wall. I need one for Google+ or Facebook or any other social network.

I know Massplanner, but it only lets you add 4 accounts per each platform, i need like 40+

Is there any of them? Thanks!

I found hootsuite too, but i am not sure how many accounts per platform they allow. I need one mostly for G+

You can go for IFTTT but it is different than hootsuite in a way that it will just syndicate your content on all your web2.0s and other social media accounts as long as they cater it in their database I know my answer might be far off but I hope it helps

I'd recommend IFTTT if you're running only a few account plus it's free for you.

If you're managing more than 10 accounts go with hootsuite as it can provide a better way for you to bulk import and manage your content that you need to post.
