Facebook suggested bids too high?

Just want to get your opinion on something. I just started a Facebook advertising account and started to do some research. I entered a few test demographics and targeting options and was quite surprised to see really strange, very high bid amounts. Is something wrong with my account?
As you can see in these screenshots Pasteboard-Uploaded Image, it's quite a targeted demographic. It's for a band called Bloc Party, it's quite a small audience. It's for a page post engagement ad, desktop only. And yet I'm getting those super high bid amounts, as you can see in the above screenshots -- suggested bid of $3.51 per engagement! I then tried to take a look at what it would be if I did a 'clicks to website' campaign to that same audience, desktop only, and I get "Suggested bid: $3.52 USD ($3.02–$4.03)". That doesn't seem right, right? Surely this all should be much, much lower.
Is something maybe squirly with my account somewhere? Would appreciate your thoughts, guys.
