Facebook stores - Opinions?

I am in the process of laying out my 1st FB Fan Page. FB was in its infancy when I first sold on the 'net and was mostly a scammer playground, which leaves me unfamiliar with the venue today.

Though I have an excellent How-To I bought for a very reasonable price (I'm not a big spender right now), I am still making a point of scouring every nook and cranny that Facebook has to offer.

Last week I discovered Facebook Stores. There seem to be mixed reviews on the 'net and no info about them here in the forum.

Have any of you experimented with the setup?

    Hi Annie,

    Funnily enough, only yesterday I was playing with this new feature (shop). I actually added a product to my shop with a full description, then realized there is no where to put a buy now button! Because of this I fail to see how the shop feature can be of benefit. It may be that I have overlooked something in the setup, but for the life of me I could not find the answer. As a result, I decided to delete my shop until I can find the solution.

    So, like you I would be grateful if anyone knows the answer o how to setup a working shop.
