YouTube Spam

What is the money making strategy people are employing here? Often when you search for "{movie name} full" or something like this you will see a bunch of results that appear like they are the full movie. But when you play them, you get a message that says to go to some website or similar to watch it? Is this something you have seen talked about on this forum?

    Usually those are scams with links to either an illegal copy or a CPA hellhole where you never actually reach the destination they promise that has the movie.


    Some promote pay-to-view sites but it is doubtful those sites have the actual content teased on YouTube.

    It works like this:

    1. A tv episode or a certain movie keyword are easy to rank in YT.
    2. Make a decent length video.
    3. "Sorry, I had to remove the video, go here instead."
    4. Short .com that redirects to a lander.
    5. Lander redirects to an affiliate offer for a movie & tv site.

    About as much as I can post on WF; and not a recommended business model.
