What determines a facebook ad's daily reach?

Other than daily spend? We all know that your ad will reach more people the more money you put into it, but what other factors determine how many people see your ad a day? The very first campaign I ever created skyrocketed to about 4,000 people per day for several days, and now, when I replicate that same exact ad, it only goes to about 1,000. What gives?

The Relevance Score of the ad. It's measured on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best). As the Relevance Score goes up, costs goes down, allowing you to reach more people for less money.

Relevance Score is determined by the response to your ad. The higher percentage of people who respond to your ad, the better your Relevance Score. The higher your Relevance Score, the more people see the ad, etc, etc.

You won't see a Relevance Score until the ad has been shown 500 times.

It won't let me give thanks because I'm new here, but this answer was more helpful than anything Ive read yet on the entire internet related to this. I take it this is the sort of thing where the best information comes from people and not online articles.

      (EDITED)
Sorry I was so excited that I didn't even see you already wrote how the relevance score is determined. So the more popular your ad is, in essence, the more people it will be shown to within a set budget. Thanks a lot for the great info.
