Hello all! Hoping you can help me.

I signed up with a Pinterest account a few days and wanted to convert from personal to business because I'm starting a blog.

Anyways, when I try to click on Convert Now (on the business page) it goes to a blank "board" and it says "This Pinner hasn't saved any Pins to this board yet" ... The follow button allows me to follow "null".

Then when I try to go to "Contact Us" to ask for help, it asks me to log in. So I'm already logged in on my phone, even then it says to Log in??? So I click on Log In and it gives me this:
