Help me unlock facebook ads !

I have been beginning my business T-shirt campaign. To advertise my T-shirt I started facebook business and created an advertise account.
After I creat the first advertise a day. my advertise account has been deactivated. I have verified my account follow request of facebook, I scaned my national ID card ro confirm user but now my advertise account still lock for a month.
Please help me unlock my account !
