Easiest way to target specific facebook groups/pages?

Thanks for reading!

I have a subscription page in the making where I´m gonna help different types of practioneers /clinics to market themselves on google. Most of them have a facebook page/group and I also wanna target organizations.

I know two ways to do it, and I wanna hear if anyone has any opinions or/and if they know a third way to do it..

1. Write down every goddamn page/group in numbers (could be thousands) and then target each and every one in a facebook ad. Sounds like a lot of work (so I dont wanna start until I know at least someones opinioin)

2. Target by interest/profession. That would be alot more easy, but it wouldnt be as specifi I would assume?

Any thoughts before I potentially start writing down something unessescary?

Why not target people in groups/pages that have specific interests?

After you create your whole campaign you can duplicate the ad set and edit the audience.

Or you can use AdEspresso which will split test your audiences and automatically create the campaigns for you.

      Hi, thanks

I think, because I know the actual names of the persons I wanna target (health practioners) I could target those individuals directly?

If you know their names and you have links to their Facebook pages you can target people that like their pages.

You can also search their names at interests and see if they are listed there. They have to be pretty well known to be there though.

If you created a new facebook page and wanted to target people the way you described, how would you go about inviting them to your page?

To further add to what you have lined up, the Facebook audience insights will also help you further spread your tentacle and help you to unravel some interest pages which you may not necessarily have thought of. Check it out here; https://www.facebook.com/business/ne...ience-insights

Hello! Since you already know your target audience, it would be better if you will be very specific with the group in which you want to post your ads to. You do not have to write down every page/group. Option number 2 is better for this campaign. God bless!

What do you mean "inviting them to your page"?

The targeting options I mentioned above are to be used when creating Facebook ads. Ads can be done even if your page is brand new with no likes.

My bad, it completely slipped my mind that you were referring to paid advertising.
I'm trying to figure out a way to get followers to a brand new page without using facebook ads, I can easily find similar pages/groups in the same niche but don't know how to use that to my advantage without straight up advertising my page in their news feed/comments.
