Well it depends on where your conversion is taking place.

Are you guiding FB traffic to a website landing page or are you looking to convert on a shop directly on Facebook? Eg. With shopify

*Edit: The problem could also be in your adverts design or targeting options

Yes there could be a ton of issues with your ad or landing page. Give us more data. Does your ad get clicks? How far do people go in your campaign?

There are quite a number of factors that will determine the conversion rate.
For instance, your target audience, the image you use, the wordings, etc, etc.
You have to fine tune and keep tweaking. Start small, keep improving and grow from there.

I wouldn't recommend boosting a Facebook post, in your case.

Create an ad for conversions and get people on your list.

Then on the thank you page, you can offer whatever you like.

I agree with most the people here. It could be many different issues.

Without knowing all the details of your campaign, and ad sets it's hard to really evaluate.

One word of advice is to just keep testing! Do $1 or $2 per day on each ad for about 1-2 weeks and find out which is performing the best. If one is getting very good conversions and engagements compared to others then GO ALL IN and put your ad money on that one ad!

Just be patient and spend a few dollars doing some ad testing first.
