Tracking Consumer habits via Social Media, Which Tools?
Hi guys,
I want to dig deeper into the trends, opinions, and purchasing habits of a target market I'm researching for an eCoomerce business.
In short I'm looking for a tool, tools or hacks that will enable me to segment and track these users by age, gender, location, income, and education, or custom criteria (eg users who mention "baby bottle" or "Harley Davidson" the most). Ideally it would be able to break down that data into some meaningful nuggets.
It doesn't need to be a full on enterprise solution; I'm quite happy to bust out a simple spreadsheet or word doc for the purpose. I'm assuming that something should be out there for FB, Twitter IG et al.
