Looking for Best Wordpress Social Media Plugins

Monarch and SocialFans are best social sharing plugins for Wordpress. Monarch is a brand new plugin from Elegant Themes.

I'm using Shareaholic on my wordpress blog for a long time. It works perfect and easy to config and use. I think you can also try it.

Try SumoMe suite. It includes also list building plugins and more.

I've tried and looked at heaps of social media plugins for my Wordpress site and can give you a bit of insight here.

You've mentioned Monarch already so I won't go into detail with that one.

Social Warfare is probably the one that I'd rate the most. It only costs $24 a year and gave me a huge boost in social shares. A few features: • It works with Pinterest • You can choose different themes • It provides you share information • You can add your Tweets to your content • Compatible with all mobile devices.

SumoMe is a plugin which is designed to help you grow your online traffic. It's an app and it enables you to add sharing buttons for your social accounts. SumoMe also provides analytics which are always useful to help you see which of your social sites are more popular with your viewers. A few features: • It supports all the main social sites; Facebook , Twitter, LinkedIn etc. • Straightforward •You can customize the size of your share buttons • Display options allow you to customize the information that you see and what is hidden. You can have a free basic version of SumoMe and to upgrade only works out at about $20 per month (paid as a one off yearly amount).

Shareaholic is a free plugin which is a thumbs up, but it does provide ads after every share which is a thumbs down. It supports Wordpress, Tumblr and Shopify and provides great analytics on your social sharing.

Another free one is Adder, it's very basic but it does its job! WP Social Sharing (also free) provides sharing options for six social media networks and allows you to add your Twitter handle to your tweets.

AddToAny is one of the original plugins and it's still popular today. It's easy to use and supports a large range of social sites. It's also integrated with Google Analytics which is my favourite feature. It also allows you to customize icons if there's something you want to add which doesn't appear in the menu.

There are a whole range of plugins that are compatible with your Wordpress site and the best one to use depends on your budget and how technical you want to make it.

I would usualy pick the brains of my web developer friends and get an idea of what works best once integrated into a site.

I tried many WordPress media sharing plugin. It turned out that Simple Share Buttons is simple to use, beautiful and very fast. It also has options to display in different locations, even as a floating bar. It is responsive.

Im using SocialMedia Content locker.
It works well and brings me more teaffic from social networks

Of course dont use it everywhere! It smells spammy for visitors

Socialfan has worked for me, thats my suggestion.

I use Ultimate Social Media and Social Pug they work very well. I might have to try some of the other suggestions on this forum. Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

We have tested many - Ultimate Social Media has the most options out of the bunch.

I'm using Simple Sharing Buttons Adder and i think it's quite effective.
