New Website: How to create and manage Social Media Profiles

We are getting a new website for our new business.
I will be handling and managing the social media accounts.
Is there a way i could perhaps post messages on our blog then post it to facebook, twitter, google plus and linkedin just through the blog section of our wordpress website?
We have an existing company and i have to log into each account separately which i HATE doing it takes a long time to create the posts. So just need a timesaver that works and if possible does it record ips of whoever comes to our website as its important that i can and collate as much information about who is viewing or new website?
