Free facebook groups autoposter ?

Hello, is there a free Facebook groups autoposter? Also if it's free, it shouldn't post anything other than my countent (some use to post their link too in my message, and I don't want that).

Also if you don't know a free autoposter, do you know which one is the cheapest ? (I need one to pay once, not every month).

    Hootsuite has an option for posting in groups, you need to be the owner of the groups.
